Alan normally offers a free consultation either by telephone or by personal appointment as he believes this is an excellent way to assess the needs of the prospective client, and allow the client to ask questions freely without any pressure.
The rationale behind this is:
> With a free consultation there is no pressure and the you can relax. You can discuss your problem briefly and determine if Reiki is suitable for your needs.
> You may have questions about Reiki, how it works, if it will help your condition etc.
